A2Tech Consult Limited ("A2Tech", "we", "us", or "our") operates the A²AI platform and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, request a demo, or use our platform:

• Account information: Name, email address, company name, job title, and professional role
• Usage data: Tool interactions, analysis requests, session duration, and feature usage patterns
• Document data: Text content submitted to A²AI tools for analysis (processed in real time; not stored beyond session unless explicitly saved by the user)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and device identifiers
• Payment information: Processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the A²AI platform and its 14 AI tools
• Authenticate your identity and maintain account security
• Process transactions and send related communications
• Send technical notices, updates, and administrative messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests for support
• Monitor and analyse usage trends to improve user experience
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Document and Analysis Data

Documents and text submitted to A²AI tools (RFP text, requirements, project descriptions) are processed in memory to generate analysis outputs. No client document content is stored on our servers beyond the active session. Enterprise customers may request on-premises deployment where all data remains within their own infrastructure.

Aggregated, anonymised statistical patterns derived from analyses may be used to improve model accuracy. No client-identifiable information is ever included in model training data.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist in platform operations (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics) under strict data processing agreements
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of A2Tech, our users, or the public
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to affected users

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months after termination. Session analysis data is not persisted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@a2techconsult.com.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure, and regular penetration testing. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data from the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict processing of your information
• Request portability of your data in a machine-readable format
