This page sets out the intellectual property rights associated with the A²AI platform, its content, algorithms, and brand assets operated by A2Tech Consult Limited.

1. Platform Copyright

The A²AI platform — including its software code, user interface design, visual elements, documentation, training data, machine learning models, and all associated content — is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or derivative use is strictly prohibited.

2. Proprietary Algorithms and Models

The following components of the A²AI platform are proprietary trade secrets of A2Tech Consult Limited:

• The SAP RICEFW classification model and associated training dataset
• The SAP cost estimation Quantile LightGBM model and Monte Carlo simulation engine
• The SAP module taxonomy and associated SBERT fine-tuning
• The Clean Core scoring algorithm and exposure weighting methodology
• The historical project retrieval index, anonymisation methodology, and hybrid search architecture
• The confidence calibration layer (Platt Scaling parameters) trained on SAP-specific outcomes
• The compliance obligation mapping rules engine covering GxP, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and IFRS

These components may not be reverse engineered, replicated, or used as a basis for competing products.

3. Brand Assets

The following are registered or unregistered trademarks and brand assets of A2Tech Consult Limited:

• A²AI — the product name and wordmark
• A2Tech Consult — the company name and wordmark
• The A2Tech Consult infinity symbol logo
• The tagline "Intelligent SAP Consulting Platform"
• The tagline "Pre-implementation intelligence for SAP consulting firms"

These assets may not be used without prior written permission from A2Tech Consult Limited.

4. Third-Party Components

The A²AI platform incorporates third-party open-source software and proprietary APIs. Key components include:

• Anthropic Claude API: Used under commercial licence for RAG-powered RFP Chat (Tool 06). Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
• Hugging Face Transformers: Apache 2.0 licence. LayoutLMv3, DeBERTa-v3, and Sentence-BERT models are used under their respective research and commercial licences.
• LightGBM: Microsoft Corporation, MIT Licence.
• XGBoost: Apache 2.0 Licence.
• FAISS: Meta Platforms, MIT Licence.

SAP, S/4HANA, Joule, Fiori, RISE with SAP, SAP Activate, SAP BTP, and other SAP product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP SE. A2Tech Consult is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with SAP SE.

5. User-Submitted Content

You retain all ownership rights in content you submit to the platform (RFP text, requirements documents, project descriptions). By submitting content, you grant A2Tech a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the purpose of delivering the requested analysis. This licence terminates upon session end or account deletion.

6. Output Ownership

Analysis outputs generated by the A²AI platform based on your inputs (cost estimates, risk scores, compliance matrices, RICEFW classifications, etc.) are owned by you, subject to these Terms. A2Tech retains the right to use anonymised aggregate statistics derived from output patterns for model improvement.

7. Reporting Infringement

If you believe any content on the A²AI platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact our legal team with: a description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; the location of the infringing material on our platform; your contact information; and a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised.
